Abigail Spencer
Abigail Leigh Spencer (born August 4th, 1981) is an American actor. Her most well-known work is her roles in the movie Cowboys & Aliens. The Haunting in Connecticut 2 Ghosts of Georgia Oz the Great & Powerful, This Is Where I Leave You. She currently stars as Amantha Holden on The Sundance Channel Drama series Rectify. Abigail Leigh Spencer is an American actor who is active in television as well as in films. Her fame was boosted by roles she played in drama show Rectify. Gulf Breeze Florida native made her acting debut with the show All My Children. To honor her performance she received the Soap Opera Digest Award as an Outstanding Female Newcomer. The following years she mostly played guest roles on several television series. Her name was awe-inspiring for her portrayal of her character, Dr. Erin Jameson, in the TV show Hawthorne. Due to her stunning appearance and a dazzling acting ability gradually, she gained the attention of a huge audience. In the film Campfire Stones, she played an important role in it at the age of 20. Jekyll This Means War & Chasing Mavericks were some of her previous films. Her role in Beautiful Now earned her a nomination in the Madrid International Film Festival Award. In the program Timeless Spencer played her role as Lucy Preston, a history professor. The show has been appreciated by critics, and Spencer's character has been nominated in the Teen Choice Award.
